Capabilities
Full-scope general contracting, and the trades behind it.
Relyc Contractor delivers complete construction projects as your general contractor — planning, managing, and executing every phase. We self-perform general labor and supervision and coordinate vetted specialty trades to hold quality and schedule to a single standard.
Core Services
Five delivery models, one standard of execution.
Relyc takes new construction from feasibility and entitlement strategy through structure, envelope, full MEP fit-out and closeout. We hold the schedule at the critical path, run the permitting relationships, and coordinate every trade against a single sequence rather than a stack of separate contracts.
- Site development, foundations and structural frame
- Full envelope, roofing and waterproofing scope
- Complete MEP fit-out with commissioning support
- Permitting, inspections and certificate of occupancy
Representative Use Case
A municipality awards a new operations and maintenance facility. Relyc runs preconstruction and budgeting, buys out the trades under a guaranteed price, builds the shell and fit-out, and hands over a documented, occupancy-ready building.
Renovation is where existing conditions meet a fixed date. We survey what is actually there, phase the work so the building keeps operating, and coordinate landlord, tenant and inspector so the handover is not the first time anyone compares notes.
- Tenant improvement and white-box build-outs
- Phased renovation inside occupied facilities
- Infection-control (ICRA) aware execution in healthcare settings
- After-hours and weekend sequencing to protect operations
Representative Use Case
A clinic remodels four exam suites while the rest of the floor keeps seeing patients. Relyc phases the work into two-suite blocks, maintains negative-pressure containment, and turns each block over before opening the next.
For many clients the relationship starts long after construction. Relyc handles recurring repair scopes, planned maintenance and the calls that cannot wait — storm damage, water intrusion, failed systems — with the same licensed crew and the same documentation.
- Scheduled and on-call repair programs
- Emergency response for water, wind and system failures
- Small-project and work-order execution across a portfolio
- Documented scope, pricing and closeout on every ticket
Representative Use Case
A property group needs one contractor across a dozen sites. Relyc standardises the work-order process, prices repeat scopes up front, and mobilises the same supervision on every call.
In South Florida the envelope is the building's insurance policy. We manage roof replacement and recovery, wall and joint waterproofing, glazing interfaces and the detailing where those systems meet — the joints that actually leak.
- Low-slope and steep-slope roof replacement and recovery
- Wall, deck and below-grade waterproofing
- Product-approval and inspection coordination
- Envelope remediation on active leak investigations
Representative Use Case
A warehouse owner re-roofs 180,000 SF without shutting the dock. Relyc sequences the tear-off in weather-tight sections and keeps the loading operation running through the entire replacement.
Site and structural scopes set the schedule for everything that follows. Relyc coordinates earthwork, utilities and paving alongside concrete and steel so the structure is ready when the trades stacked behind it arrive.
- Earthwork, grading, drainage and utilities
- Paving, curbing and site concrete
- Foundations, slabs and structural concrete
- Structural steel and miscellaneous metals
Representative Use Case
An industrial expansion needs a new dock apron and utility relocation before the building addition can start. Relyc runs both scopes in parallel to protect the structural start date.
Trades We Coordinate
Nine trade groups. One quality standard.
Relyc only utilizes highly qualified, licensed subcontractors for all license-required trades — then holds every one of them to our schedule, our submittal process and our punch standard.
Structural / Concrete / Steel
Shop drawings, mix designs and mill certs reviewed before placement; independent testing coordinated at each pour and connection.
HVAC & Mechanical
Equipment submittals, long-lead tracking and duct coordination resolved in the model before anything is fabricated.
Plumbing
Underground and above-ground rough-in verified against structure and civil before slab; pressure testing witnessed and logged.
Electrical & Low-Voltage
Gear lead times driven from buyout; power, data, security and AV coordinated as one rough-in rather than four.
Roofing & Waterproofing
Florida product approvals confirmed up front; mockups and manufacturer inspections built into the schedule, not added after a leak.
Fire Protection / Life Safety
Sprinkler, alarm and egress scopes coordinated against AHJ requirements early, so final inspection is a formality.
Finishes
Drywall, paint, flooring and millwork held to mockup-approved standards, with substrate signed off before finish work starts.
Glazing / Doors / Hardware
Impact ratings, hardware schedules and access-control interfaces reconciled before order — the classic source of late-stage change orders.
Sitework / Utilities / Paving
Civil scope sequenced against structural start and utility-company lead times, with compaction and density testing documented.
