Who we are
Relyc Contractor Corp ("Relyc," "we," "us") is a Florida general contractor located at 7547 W 24th Ave, Suite 200, Hialeah, FL 33016. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form, the capability statement request, or the subcontractor registration form, we receive the fields you complete — which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, licensing and insurance information, and any files you upload.
- Information collected automatically. If analytics are enabled, we receive standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To evaluate subcontractor prequalification submissions and maintain our trade database.
- To deliver documents you request, such as our capability statement.
- To maintain records required for licensing, insurance, bonding and contract compliance.
- To improve the content and performance of this website.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade contact details to marketers. We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a project unless they ask us to.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or where the law requires it: with service providers who host this site, deliver our email or manage our customer records; with owners, agencies, sureties or insurers where a project requires it; and with authorities where we are legally obliged to respond.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the storage necessary to operate. Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Retention
We keep inquiry and prequalification records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for and for as long as our contractual, insurance and legal record-keeping obligations require.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
Your choices

Children
This site is directed at businesses and public agencies. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
