Relyc Contractor has delivered industrial, commercial, and government construction across South Florida since 2012. As a family-owned general contractor, we built our reputation on doing what we say — bringing owners a single, accountable partner who manages the full scope of a project from preconstruction through closeout.
That reputation is why a large share of our work comes from owners and agencies we have already built for. Repeat work is the only performance review that matters in this business.

We operate on single-source accountability: one contractor responsible for the entire project. Relyc self-performs general labor and supervision and coordinates a network of vetted specialty subcontractors — keeping quality, schedule, and communication under one roof.

General labor and site supervision stay in-house. That is where schedule slips and quality problems usually start, so that is what we refuse to hand off.
We vet every trade
Specialty subcontractors are prequalified on licensing, insurance, bonding capacity and safety record before they are eligible to bid, let alone mobilize.
